   - To be eligible for a return, seeds must be unused and in the same condition as received, in their original packaging and tags.
   - Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

   - Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
   - If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

3. Exchanges:
   - We only replace items if they are not of your order or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, contact us promptly.

   - New variety seeds of any crop are non-returnable.
